The agent works ahead on its own, but actions with consequences — pushing code, sending mail, spending money — pause in an approvals queue until you answer.

Answering

• Allow once — this action runs, the next one asks again.
• Always allow — grant this kind of action permanently; you can revoke it later.
• Deny — the agent explains what it wanted and plans around the refusal.

Everything else keeps moving while an approval waits — only the consequential step is on hold.
