A session is a long-lived conversation with your machine about one piece of work. Describe the task in the composer — research a market, build a report, watch a repo — and send it.
While it works
- The agent plans the work and runs it on its own disk — you see every step as it happens.
- When a step needs your judgement, it asks with real options you can tap.
- Close the laptop whenever you like: the session keeps running on the machine.
Everything the session produces — files, reports, running previews — stays on your machine, visible in the workspace panel next to the conversation.
