Sign up and a machine is provisioned for you automatically — there is no server to pick, no image to configure, nothing to install.
What happens during provisioning
- Your account is created — no card needed during the alpha.
- A private cloud computer is built and locked to your account.
- The agent wakes up on it and your workspace is ready.
How long that takes depends on where your Hoshi is running — a hosted instance, a cluster of your own, a laptop. When it finishes you land in your first session.
Before it can answer you
Hoshi does not sell you the model. Connect an AI provider on your machine — your own API key, an account you sign in to, or a model you host yourself — and the key stays on that machine. What the model costs is billed by that provider, not by Hoshi.
